RIZA VILLA

Designed by a couple of architects for their homes, is a storey stone cottage in the traditional standards zakynthian architecture.
Located in a quiet place, smothered in green and the flowers at the foot of the mountain Vrachionas in the old village of Mouzaki village, overlooking the plain and the bay of Laganas.
It lies about 500 meters from the main road linking the villages of «Root» and about 2 km from the nearest beach (Agios Sostis).
The house is about 180 m2 in a plot with a 350m2 warehouse, garage, basement (heated) water tank (5m3), central heating and fireplace on the ground floor.

 Description of premises:
On the ground floor there is a single space for living room, dinning room with open kitchen, a hostel room and a WC with a special antechamber for washing machine.
Internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, one large and two smaller, one bathroom and a veranda with a spectacular view of the plain and the bay of Laganas.

The outdoor courtyard is elevated from the road offering pricacy in for a pleasant stay outdoors provided with a special barbeque corner. The wider region is offered for nature walks and exploring of the old town ruins and the prehistoric settlement of the village.
